Have you ever wondered why creation myths begin with the utterance of a sound?
Sound is the primordial blueprint, the foundational spark that commands raw potential into physical form.
As we know from our Zhineng Qigong practice, creation is not just a historical event that happened a long time ago. Creation is happening continuously...in this very moment, and the next. All of reality is constantly being re-created.
When we learn how to merge with harmonious vibrations through intention, visualization, and sound, we allow ourselves to consciously merge with this stream of perpetual creation to rewrite our reality in real-time.
We are pleased to announce a very special opportunity to study Sound and Color Healing with our esteemed Hearts Rooted teacher and healer, Suan Armstrong.
If you were present for Suan's Fall Equinox sound healing session last week, you'll understand how nourishing and transformative this class will be.
Starting this Thursday (10/1/2026), Suan will take us on a 5-session journey where we'll harmonize, balance and revivify the body, mind and spirit with our voices through specific sounds from the Five Organ Healing System of Zhineng Qigong, as well as Sound and Color Healing from Fabien Maman and Patricia Jenusz.

Here are some of the practices we will experience:
• The Five Organ Sound Practice - sounds to harmonize, balance and
detoxify the Heart, Kidneys, Spleen/Pancreas, Liver, and Lungs.
• Opening the Voice to Resonate in the body - vowels and overtone
singing with deep inner observation of sound traveling in the body.
• Cultivating A Deep, Loving Relationship with our Voices and Body
• The Inner Smile - in combination with sound, color and the vagus
nerve, opens the flow of Qi and happy hormones in the entire body.
• Color Visualization Paired with Sound in the Seven Energy Centers - Chakras: guided sound meditation with chimes
• Heng Ha - sound, movement, and laughter let go into free flow of Qi.
• Nnn and Xu sounds - cultivate deep peaceful space in mind and body
• Sound Bath - Flutes & Chimes with seasonal healing ragas.

A little about Suan Armstrong:
Suan's passion, as a magical flutist, healer and teacher, is weaving together improvised sound, color, and spontaneous movement with Zhineng Qigong meditations and visualizations. Her mission is to awaken herself and others to the full potential of pure, clear consciousness in unconditional love with an open heart. This supports our healing, free self expression, and the evolution of humanity in partnership with Mother Earth. Suan is certified as a healer and teacher of Zhineng Qigong by Mingtong Gu and Wei Qifeng. Certifications in other forms of Qigong and healing modalities include: Dao Yin Fa, sound and color with chimes, tuning forks, and chakra silks with Fabien Maman; Dao Yin and Medical Qigong (DMQ) with Ted Cibik; overtone singing with Jill Purce and David Hykes; Reiki level II; and studies with Teachers Ling and Lu.
